BY - LAWS & POLICIES 1. Membership Only one person from each profession is permitted to join an ENA Chapter. Chapter Presidents do not have to be in any particular industry. The President of each chapter has final authority relating to classification conflicts. All members must represent their primary occupation only and cannot represent more than one occupation or business. Any MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) professionals are prohibited from recruiting individuals within any ENA chapter. Only one MLM professional per chapter is permitted. Memberships are annual contracts and the first 2 months are $1 upon initial enrollment. Any ENA member who refers a quality professional who joins will receive a FREE 1-month membership. All members should take time to meet with each other for a one-on-one meeting. If any member is guilty of unethical business practices their membership may be revoked. This will be reviewed and decisions will be made by entire Board of Presidents Committee and Sub-Committee members. Sub-committee members include a Vice President and Secretary. The V.P. will conduct meetings if the President cannot attend a meeting and the Secretary will be responsible for recording attendance and referrals given and received. Each year, the chapter board is subject for review and change, which includes Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Secretaries. All ENA policies are subject to change and all changes must be approved by its governing council. All online activity and member profiles associated with www.ExecutiveNetworkingAlliance.com are property of Executive Networking Alliance/ ENA. ENA has the right and ability to change, remove, or add to anything pertaining to the website including but not limited to members’ profiles, videos, blogs, and posts. When you become a member you give Executive Networking Alliance/ ENA the right to disseminate your information for marketing and promoting you and your business. Members must abide by these guidelines and conduct themselves in an ethical manner when dealing with each other, referrals, our website, and business in general. If found guilty of such actions, membership may be revoked immediately without reimbursement. Executive Networking Alliance/ ENA is not responsible or liable for such actions. 2. Meetings & Attendance ENA meetings are twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month beginning at 8:00 AM sharp and lasting 90 minutes. Members are allowed no more than 8 missed meetings per year and no more than 3 consecutive. If a member cannot attend they are encouraged to send a substitute and this will not count as an absence. Email info@executivenetworkingalliance.com directly if you are unable to attend. Attendance will be recorded. No meeting if Chapter's Local Township has a 2 hour delay or is closed. At the beginning of your chapter meeting each member will have the opportunity to give a 30-60 second commercial about their profession and what is a good referral for them. There will be a presentation or workshop at each meeting between 8:30 – 9:00 AM by a member or outside guest. At the end of your chapter meeting each member will have another 60 seconds to give out referrals, testimonials, or make a business announcement to the group. 3. Referrals Members are encouraged to bring referrals. A referral is someone you have directly spoken with and who is interested in the services that someone within the group provides. Remember to get the people you are talking to excited about the person you are referring them to. It makes them look good as well as you for referring the business. Feel free to use ENA businesses cards when introducing fellow members. Each chapter can set their own requirements for referrals. A guest who you invite to be a part of the group will count as a referral. Members are required to direct guests to our website www.executivenetworkingalliance.com to complete a Guest Application prior to attending. Referrals will be kept track of categorized as a ‘lead given’ and a ‘lead received’. Chapter Presidents will record these results at each meeting. Buddy System – each month a member will partner up with a different member within their respective chapter. Their goal is to send as many quality referrals to each other within that month. The member who has given the most referrals in a calendar year that has directly equated to closed business will get a FREE 1 year membership. The member who has given the most referrals in a month will receive a gift card. 4. Presentations & Workshops Each meeting a member or outside guest will present for 10-15 minutes on a topic related to their industry. This will allow every member to familiarize themselves with the products and services each member provides. It will also serve as practice for speaking in a small group setting. This will be beneficial for when we are out talking with clients about what ENA has to offer as well as our members within the group. Workshops are designed to enhance members’ presentation, social media, and overall business skills. They range from a variety of topics depending on the interests and brainstorming sessions of each chapter. Successful and popular workshops will be shared among chapters. Educational tutorials can be found on our website to help you market and promote yourself and your business. A group member will introduce the person who is scheduled to present. Remember, you get what you put into ENA so your success is up to you and your dedication to yourself and other members. This may not be for everyone so please let us know if you can’t abide by these guidelines so we can fill your position. ENA wants the best of the best and professionals who are proactive and motivated about building relationships and their business. We look forward to you being one of those select individuals.
